Display your Starling Bank balance, with the option to include your Savings Goals balances, as a now optional persistent Notification, and update it with a single tap.
It is the 'availableToSpend' value and requires a Starling Developer Personal Access Token (https://developer.starlingbank.com) with the following scopes to read the details:
* account:read
* balance:read
* savings-goal:read
Once you've entered your Access Token, tap Save. Then tap Update in the Notification.
